Day 1: Arrival in La Paz
Arrive at El Alto International Airport. Your private guide will greet you and provide a detailed briefing before transferring you to your hotel.
Day 2: Tiwanaku – Valley of the Moon
Discover the ancient wonders of Tiwanaku, the “Cradle of American Civilization,” on a guided journey through one of the oldest Andean archaeological sites.Explore iconic landmarks including the Akapana Pyramid, the Gate of the Sun, Puma Punku Temple, and fascinating Tiwanaku museums.Experience authentic local culture through traditional handicrafts, ceremonial pottery, and Aymara artisan creations.In the afternoon, enjoy a panoramic city tour of La Paz featuring Plaza Murillo, the Metropolitan Cathedral, and the KilliKilli viewpoint.Visit the surreal Valley of the Moon, famous for its lunar-like rock formations shaped by natural erosion.Complete the experience with a scenic cable car ride and a visit to the vibrant Witches’ Market before returning to your hotel.
Day 3: La Paz - Sun Island
Breakfast at the hotel followed by a scenic 3.5-hour journey to Copacabana, including a motorboat crossing through the Strait of Tiquina on the majestic Lake Titicaca.Upon arrival, enjoy a brief tour of Copacabana, visiting its charming town center and historic church before boarding a motorboat to the legendary Sun Island.Considered the birthplace of the Inca Empire, the island features remarkable archaeological sites such as the Yumani Staircase, the Inca Fountain, and the Pillkocaina Palace.The experience concludes with lunch on the island and breathtaking panoramic views of the Royal Range of the Andes.
Day 4: Flight to Uyuni – Salt Flats Tour
Fly to Uyuni (flight not included). Upon arrival, visit the Train Cemetery, Colchani town (salt processing and handicrafts), and iconic salt flat landmarks including salt pyramids and giant sculptures. Enjoy a picnic lunch on the flats and explore Incahuasi Island, known for its giant cacti. End the day with a sunset toast.
Day 5: High Andean Lagoons & Valle de Rocas
Travel south through San Cristóbal and the impressive Valle de Rocas. Stop at the Ollagüe Volcano viewpoint and visit several altiplanic lagoons—Cañapa, Hedionda, Honda, Chiarcota, and Ramaditas—home to migratory flamingos.
Day 6: Siloli Desert – Red & Green Lagoons
Begin the day in the Siloli Desert and see the Stone Tree. Enter the Eduardo Abaroa Reserve to visit Laguna Colorada, geysers, and Polques Hot Springs. Continue to Laguna Verde at the foot of Licancabur Volcano, and then return to Uyuni via Valle de Rocas and San Cristóbal.
Day 7: Flight to La Paz – Free Day
Morning transfer to Uyuni Airport (flight not included). Upon arrival in La Paz, transfer to your hotel. Free time for personal activities or shopping.
Day 8: Departure from La Paz.
After breakfast, transfer to the airport for your international flight.
